Welcome back

I the weekend got over my Squier project continued and after Ablackieren and sanding the body yesterday primed up. a brat, I had to grind it went quite well. I've consumed about 400ml primer.
After the primer was dried by 24 hours, I started yesterday with the painting. It went smoothly and without Error. Again, I've consumed about 400ml. I took OBI paint spray cans, which are produced by Kwasny coatings.
Today I finally the last layer of paint applied after 4 hours drying time and final assembly of the guitar. Previously
had yet the pickguard are equipped with humbuckers. That was a little soldering, but nothing game.

morning or the day will then probably the new one humbucker for my Fender Start, as long as I play the Squier. The sound is great, the humbucker makes murder a lot. Soon be followed by the circuit for the humbuckers.

today I started my Start project and started to remove the paint and abrade the body up to 240mm thickness.
the paint I removed with heat gun and spatula, then with 80 to 240 sand paper sanded by hand.

resist not wait took so forever, as all claim over and exhausting wars for me either - and I was pretty thorough in the work. Probably too many people simply no staying power - the 6h work went to the part at least, so the flight and I have not even made a break. 'm A "work horse". :-)

morning we will drive with the primer and on Sunday with the first expected Paint layer. I'm way today in the OBI for "light blue" chosen because the were in spray cans and nitro-based. My dream color "lagoon" I realize when I ne gun possession.

I still couple of weeks vacation and because I am so bored and get in the long run, I've thought about it, my old Squier Stratocaster by Fender revamp.

Because I always wanted to set a new humbuckers for Fender Stratocaster Mexico would be composed of the Mex and so on as the Squier has only single coils and too weak on the chest, I simply display fittings with the Mex Start Pickup .

Now life's like I want it to be ...

After "I've everything I wanted but life still sucks." now a little less "suck". :-)

Basically, life is just doing a little to be so, as I would have desired, since then, for over 10 years ...
study finally fed anything and make music with my own band! On small stage somewhere in cities or locations in the hinterland and want a piece of "Nirvana" feeling. Yes, it sounds incomprehensible to some might, but that I associate nunmal music. In the schmaltzy AC / DC performing my example is really bad. Nirvana is simply the (almost) absolute for me. The only band to live sounds better than on their studio recordings. Anyway ...

In just under 1 month, we finally have our long awaited debut appearance. As if that was not reason enough to celebrate would be to place the still calculated in Nightlife in Frankfurt - the Nirvana Tribute Night (with others already known band such as, for example, slow).
This is a long-time dream of mine come true and I am curious what the future will bring. I hope and work, of course, because we come to the first regional theaters in the radius of 60km and I hope for some lucky coincidences and good connections to local bands that we will perform in Berlin, Leipzig, Cologne and elsewhere in small sheds or small events. Also, I can only hope that the grunge, punk, RiotGrrrl growing scene, so you can also occur with "like minded" bands. Dignity but also with ner brass band standing on stage. * Laughs *

When it comes to me, we stand no later than next year also on the stage of university celebrations of various universities. Until then, then with their own songs.
